Marketing Intern

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the launch of two new brands under the Oscar Health umbrella. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives across multiple marketing channels while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You'll gain exposure to brand building from the ground up and take ownership of meaningful projects that directly influence go-to-market success.

This includes maintaining status documentation, coordinating cross-functional meetings, facilitating feedback sessions, managing timelines, and capturing clear meeting notes along with actionable next steps.

You will report into the Head of Lucie Marketing.

Work Location

This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.

Pay Transparency

The hourly pay for this role is: $27- $35 an hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the new brands and take ownership of key marketing initiatives and tactics

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

Creating and refining sales materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies)

Assisting with CRM strategies and execution, including email campaigns and automation workflows

Conduct market and/or competitor research to stay on top of industry trends

Collaborate with design, product, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand execution

Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations

Partner with Compliance to review all materials

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

:

Experience In All Google Products (documents, Slides, Sheets)

Experience Communicating With Internal And External Stakeholders

Project management experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing tools, CMS) is a plus

Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt

Bonus Points

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Healthcare or healthcare related experience including healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, healthcare finance, or related field

Experience In Fast-paced Environments

Pay Transparency

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
