Job Listings

Job listings on our Site are aggregated from third-party sources, including employer career pages and job boards. We strive to display accurate information, but:

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing
Job details may change without notice
We are not the employer and do not make hiring decisions
We are not responsible for the hiring practices of any employer

AI-Powered Services

Our AI tools, including AI Job Decoder, provide suggestions and analysis to assist your job search. These tools:

Provide recommendations, not guarantees of outcomes
Should not be relied upon as professional career advice
May produce errors or inaccuracies
Do not guarantee you will receive interviews or job offers

Auto-Apply Service

Our Auto-Apply feature uses third-party service providers to facilitate automated job applications on your behalf. By using Auto-Apply:

You authorize us and our service providers to submit applications on your behalf
You understand that applications are submitted to third-party employer systems
You accept that we cannot guarantee application delivery or employer response
You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume and application materials
You acknowledge that our service providers process your data according to their own terms and privacy policies

User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

Provide false or misleading information
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Services for any illegal purpose
Scrape, crawl, or collect data from our Site without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMOTE JOB ASSISTANT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services
Actions of third parties, including employers or service providers
Unauthorized access to your account or data

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

The amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
One hundred dollars ($100)

Indemnification

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@remotejobassistant.com to attempt informal resolution. We will try to resolve your concern within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Posting the updated Terms on our Site
Updating the "Last Updated" date
Sending notice to your registered email (for material changes)
