About The Role

About The Team

The team owns financial data systems that track customer funds end-to-end, including reconciliation, customer cash and ledgering, financial reporting, and audit support, working closely with Platform Ops, Accounting, and Data Science. FDPP also owns the Payment Profile experience—how employers and workers create and manage payment methods, split paychecks, and interact with payouts across employees, contractors, and international contractors.
FDPP sits within Payments org alongside the Money Movement team. FDPP owns the source of truth for payment data and the user-facing payment method experience.
