Senior Office Coordinator, Contract

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator on a 9-month contract, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the daily experience of our employees in Singapore. With 2–3 years of hands-on experience, you’ll bring a fresh, proactive, and people-first mindset to ensure our office is a welcoming, productive, and inspiring hub that truly reflects our vibrant culture. You’ll be a collaborative connector, working across teams to design, implement, and elevate workplace initiatives that make our environment not just a place to work, but a place where creativity, inclusion, and fun thrive.

What You'll Do

Be the go-to person for ensuring a positive, seamless workplace experience by anticipating employee needs, managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and keeping our space functional and on-brand. Serve as our cultural liaison by coordinating events, team-building activities, and social gatherings that bring vibrancy to our office atmosphere. Contribute to an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected by supporting ERGs, celebrating cultures, and ensuring equitable practices. Direct vendor relationships, oversee office financial allocations, and implement innovative technologies to improve operational processes and sustain smooth operations. Collaborate with our regional Workplace Experience Services team to roll out strategies and share best practices across offices. Resolve workplace issues and handle office emergencies quickly and effectively to minimize disruption. Leverage technology and AI tools to improve communication, space management, and employee engagement. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class onboarding experience, maintain a safe and secure workplace, and support office planning and enhancements.

Who You Are

Established record with 2–3 years of background in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, or a related field. You excel at establishing relationships and encouraging a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where all individuals feel encouraged and appreciated. You’re highly organized and skilled at managing multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail. You take initiative and always look for ways to improve processes and solve problems. You communicate clearly, confidently, and with impact across teams and formats. You value diversity and actively foster an inclusive workplace across global and multi-site environments. You’re comfortable using AI tools and adopting new technologies to enhance productivity. You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of fun to everything you do. You collaborate effortlessly, building strong relationships across teams and functions.
