We're looking for a Senior Client Account Specialist to join our App Dev team as an expert advisor to our Large Customer Sales org. Our App Dev team partners with Mobile App Developers globally, consulting clients on how to successfully grow their businesses by leveraging the best of Reddit’s platform capabilities. This team also partners with our XFN product and tech teams to represent their clients’ interests, influencing the future of Reddit ads.

In this role, the Senior Client Account Specialist will partner with Client Partners and Client Account Managers across our Large Customer Sales org to provide technical expertise to Enterprise-level clients to drive the success of their mobile advertising campaigns on Reddit. The App Specialist will lead mobile campaign strategy, execution, optimizations, and reporting to drive measurable business outcomes related to their clients’ mobile marketing objectives. In addition to consulting clients and sales teams on their mobile campaigns, the LCS App Specialist will partner across our LCS org to identify and grow mobile app advertising opportunities and revenue. They will also collaborate with XFNs to represent the needs of our LCS customers, ultimately driving their app ad performance and growth on Reddit.

Please note that this role is required to be based in New York or San Francisco and will work in person from the office 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

Partner with Client Partners & Client Account Managers to provide expert support to App Advertisers

Collaborate with Client Partners on Enterprise-level business while identifying and achieving client expectations via ownership of optimizations, campaign set up & expert execution of campaign launches & on-going management

Identify attribution methods, negotiate performance KPIs, and build evergreen strategies in partnership with Sales Leadership within Reddit’s App Ads solution

Responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders about in-depth product functionalities, roadmap developments, ad platform intricacies, optimization strategies, campaign performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and client success

Consult clients on their app ads objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans

Act as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, including managing revenue delivery, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary

Educate brands and media agencies, effectively communicating Reddit’s value proposition and best practices for app advertising on the platform

Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles

Dive deep into campaign performance data, audience and competitor insights, seasonality, and market and performance trends to develop KPI-driven campaign recommendations

Strategically identify and pitch upsell opportunities to clients to contribute to account growth

Proactively identify areas of improvement and drive the execution of app solutions

Mentor and train other enterprise team members

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management with specialization in App Advertising & Performance Marketing

In-depth understanding of digital attribution solutions, tracking partners (including MMPs), the performance marketing landscape and their interdependencies

Experience optimizing toward strict DR-focused KPIs, as well as knowledge of holistic media planning to support brand awareness and performance campaigns in tandem

Expert in the App Ads space - understanding the ecosystem of performance marketing, familiarity with advanced technical setups to achieve ROI focused metrics

Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Proficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend

Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges

Experience Cultivating Strong Relationships With External Partners

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel preferred

BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
