About The Team
DoorDash’s New Verticals organization focuses on accelerating one of our strategic pillars — DashMart, our grocery and convenience delivery offering. We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging the DoorDash platform. The DashMart Growth S&O team owns initiatives to grow DashMart customer volume, focusing on new Customer use cases, optimizing new customer facing storefronts and executing go to market strategies for key customer moments.
About The Role
The DashMart Shopping Experience and Growth Senior Associate will own the ideation and execution of personalized growth and go to market campaigns for DashMart. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and category management, to bring strategic initiatives to life, and dive deep into data to understand consumer behavior, measure impact, and identify opportunities to improve personalization and the DashMart shopping experience.
You will report into a Manager on the DashMart Strategy & Operations teams. We operate in a hybrid model, so we spend some time in person together and some time working remotely.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
