About This Role
The GTM Ops, Strategy, Field Readiness, and Sales Development team at Asana enables growth, efficiency, and performance at scale through the strategic management of revenue operations, systems, strategy + analytics, and enablement. This team encompasses six key areas: Revenue Operations Leadership, Systems & Process Management, Analytics + Insights, Performance Optimization, Enablement + Training, as well as Sales Development-- all focused on driving operational excellence and maximizing sales productivity across the organization. This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You’ll Achieve
Lead Revenue Predictability
Own global optimization and enablement of the core Revenue Intelligence stack: Salesforce, Clari, Tableau. Develop and execute a forward-looking strategic roadmap to deliver best-in-class forecasting accuracy, rigorous reporting cadence, and enhanced forecast visibility/operational efficiency in a complex multi-SKU environment.
Architect & Govern Opportunity Lifecycle Integrity
Design scalable frameworks for end-to-end opportunity data accuracy, reconciliation, and visibility from creation through Closed Won. Proactively identify systemic issues at the macro level, drive high-impact process improvements, and maintain unwavering confidence in revenue forecasts.
Forge Cross-functional Alignment
Partner closely with the Sales Compensation team to build accurate, scalable mechanisms for pipeline crediting and quota attainment tracking.
Champion Enterprise Change Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving adoption of forecasting and opportunity tools, standardizing global workflows, and leading transformative change initiatives across GTM processes.
About You
Experience
: 7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
Salesforce Expertise
: 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience architecting Salesforce Opportunity processes, forecasting models, and strategic governance frameworks (detail-level mastery required to inform macro-level solutions).
Clari Expertise
: 3+ years of hands-on Clari administration, configuration, optimization, and support experience.
GTM Strategy
: Strong strategic understanding of both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) models, with proven ability to enable accurate product-level forecasting.
Sales Motion Expertise
: Deep knowledge of complex SaaS sales motions, including the unique dynamics of New Business, Renewals, and Expansion
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $137,000 - $156,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
