As our
Partner Marketing Manager
, you will own the strategy and execution of partner marketing programs across Remote’s ecosystem partnerships, including channel and embedded technology partners.
You Will Be Responsible For Building Scalable Marketing Programs That
Position Remote as the global HR partner of choice across the ecosystem
Drive qualified partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
Integrate strategic partners into Remote’s core marketing motions
This role sits at the intersection of Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing. You will work closely with Partner Managers, Corporate Marketing, Regional Marketing, Brand, and Sales to ensure partner programs are aligned to revenue goals and executed with measurable impact.
You will operate with autonomy, owning program outcomes while contributing to the broader 2026 partner marketing strategy.
What You Bring
Experience
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with experience in partner, ecosystem, channel, or field marketing
Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Experience Driving Measurable Pipeline Through Co-marketing Or Joint Gtm Initiatives
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across partnerships, sales, and marketing
Experience Using Salesforce, Hubspot, And Marketing Reporting Tools To Measure Performance
Experience Managing Budgets And Tracking Roi
Requirements
Knowledge
Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem and how partnerships influence revenue growth
Familiarity with HR tech or B2B SaaS markets preferred
Ability to gather competitive and ecosystem intelligence to inform positioning and messaging

Key Responsibilities
- Own Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute partner marketing plans aligned to overall partnership goals and revenue targets
Partner closely with Partner Managers to translate partner strategy into actionable marketing programs
Support both channel and embedded technology partnerships as needed, based on business priorities
Ensure consistent positioning of Remote across the partner ecosystem
- Drive Partner-Sourced & Influenced Pipeline
Build and execute joint campaigns with strategic partners to generate qualified pipeline
Integrate partners into Remote’s existing marketing channels and campaigns (ABM, regional, events, demand gen)
Develop “to-partner” marketing and enablement strategies that attract, engage, and activate partners
Measure and report on partner marketing performance, including pipeline contribution and ROI
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Manage the Partner Marketing Lifecycle
Partner with Partner Managers to design and manage partner engagement from onboarding through growth
Create enablement toolkits and co-marketing frameworks to support partner activation
Ensure partners understand how to effectively position and promote Remote
Collaborate with content and brand teams to develop partner-facing assets
- Reporting, Budget & Process Ownership
Manage partner marketing budget allocation and tracking
Maintain a reporting framework for partner marketing KPIs
Provide regular updates on performance, insights, and optimization opportunities
Document partner marketing processes and identify efficiencies
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partnership programs
