About The Role

We are hiring for a role which offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of last-mile logistics by:

Leading our efforts to deliver the

best end-to-end customer experience

in drone delivery

Building scalable playbooks and SOPs to

resolve common customer pain points

Collaborating

with product, engineering, support, operations, marketing, and external partners to

build + pilot tools, streamline workflows

, and lay the foundation for

scale

Improving awareness and education of drone delivery’s consumer value proposition, across speed, quality, affordability, safety, and energy efficiency

Traveling up to 20% of the time

This is a hybrid role based in the Bay Area. Regular in-person collaboration with cross-functional partners is required to shape product direction, test workflows, and accelerate decision-making.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
