As Head of Product for GTM Experiences you will lead the transformation of onboarding, support, and product-led growth into intelligent, AI-native systems that drive activation, expansion, retention, and measurable revenue impact.

This role blends executive leadership with deep product craftsmanship. You’ll scale high-performing teams while personally diving into data, experimentation, and design. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a builder who leads from the front.

What You’ll Do

Redesign onboarding, support, and how we think about growth in the context of AI

Own activation, expansion, retention, and support efficiency goals

Build rigorous experimentation frameworks and accelerate iteration velocity

Use AI to reimagine customer journeys and drive adoption and growth

Lead and scale high performing teams

Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support

What You Bring

10+ years of product leadership experience in growth, PLG, onboarding, or lifecycle domains

Proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact through experimentation and product innovation

Strong analytical fluency: expert in funnels, experimentation design, and data-driven decision making

Experience Building Ai-powered Or Automation-heavy Product Systems

Demonstrated ability to operate as both strategic executive and hands-on builder

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, influencing executives and functional and technical leaders to drive alignment

A customer-centric mindset with deep empathy for operators who depend on tools to run their businesses
