In this role, you’ll help architect, enrich, and optimize the data that powers our go-to-market strategy. You’ll work across systems and teams to design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensure the accuracy and reliability of core datasets, and enable actionable insights for the Sales and Marketing organizations. Your work will directly influence how the organization uses GTM data to drive strategy, measure performance, and accelerate growth.

Manage and optimize ETL processes to integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into centralized repositories
Build repeatable frameworks for data validation, monitoring, and enrichment to ensure reliable insights
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify data needs, define metrics, and enable self-service analytics
Work cross-functionally to improve how GTM data flows between Salesforce, Snowflake, and visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI
Contribute flexibly to high-priority projects that require rapid data-driven problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent
Minimum two years of relevant professional experience, including at least one year supporting sales teams or working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries independently
Experience With Etl Tools Such As Dbt Or Similar Frameworks For Transforming And Modeling Data
