The Workplace Operations Coordinator will assist in facilitating the daily operations of an ongoing delightful experience for all employees of Lyft. They will provide consistent workplace related operational support and assist in maintaining an inclusive and safe environment for Lyft employees.

Responsibilities
Represent “Lyft” culture in the office by upholding Workplace policy, standards, and best practices.
Assist team members by providing customer-centric and solution-oriented support for Workplace programs including but not limited to; Facilities, Amenities, Hospitality, and Events, as well as general issues and inquiries.
Order and maintain inventory levels of various office supplies.
Intake requests via Zendesk ticketing platform and uphold SLAs to ensure accurate and timely information and resolutions.
Liaise with on-site vendors to execute operational needs, arrange ad-hoc event logistics, and drive facilities and maintenance efforts.
Proactively assess and troubleshoot existing equipment and systems to ensure functionality.
Maintain clear and consistent communication while providing support on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Contribute to organization-wide goals by collaborating with teammates across all Lyft office locations.
Support Workplace leadership with all duties as necessary.

2+ years of customer service experience
2+ years in workplace or building management experience
Possess the ability to remain agile and multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively, and manage conflict constructively
Capable of prioritizing tasks/duties as assigned and delegating tasks as needed

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $28.05 - $36.06, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
