The Vendor Operations team ensures our global customer support partners deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality service to our customers. We oversee vendor training standards, performance governance, and quality controls to maintain consistency across locations. This team works closely with Customer Experience, Compliance, and Learning & Development to ensure training programs are aligned with operational and regulatory requirements. We are committed to building structured, measurable training programs that strengthen performance and customer trust.

As a Vendor Trainer, you will oversee vendor training quality and performance across international sites, ensuring training completion, accuracy, and consistency. You will lead structured Train-the-Trainer workshops, observe classroom sessions, and provide actionable feedback to strengthen delivery standards. This role also partners with subject matter experts to update and localize curriculum for global audiences. Your work will directly influence new hire readiness, nesting success, and post-training performance outcomes across vendor teams.

This role is based in our Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; and Westlake, TX office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

Oversee vendor training governance, including tracking completion rates, conducting audits, and ensuring training content is delivered accurately and consistently.

Deliver structured Train-the-Trainer workshops that prepare vendor site trainers to facilitate security-focused customer service training effectively.

Observe classroom sessions and provide clear, written and verbal feedback to improve trainer performance and instructional quality.

Track new hire performance, nesting progress, and post-training metrics to identify gaps and recommend targeted improvements.

Partner with subject matter experts to update and localize curriculum for international audiences while maintaining alignment with security industry standards and compliance requirements.

Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure learner satisfaction, knowledge retention, and application of skills in production environments.

What You Bring

Experience working with vendor partners and a track record of maintaining structured training programs that meet defined performance standards.

Experience delivering training within the security industry and the ability to translate security concepts into clear, actionable guidance for customer service agents.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design practices, and training evaluation techniques.

Ability to analyze performance data and use measurable results to inform decisions and improve training effectiveness.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time to deliver workshops and conduct training observations.

The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
