Role Description

Dropbox is seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager

(TPM)

to join our team in Poland.

As part of the Dash team

, you will lead engineering-wide programs

for our Connectors team

for some of the highest priority initiatives at the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute on clear roadmaps, drive alignment with product and company priorities, and own the end-to-end execution of your programs. The ideal candidate will be deeply technical, detail oriented, able to use their influence to drive results for their team with a sense of urgency and ownership.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership

:

You will d

rive the development, alignment and execution of various strategic engineering initiatives, defining clear roadmaps and ensuring successful delivery across cross-functional teams.

You must be able

to manage ambitious timelines, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and lead the successful execution of complex, cross-functional engineering programs.

Requirements

5

+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent years of work experience.

Solid technical aptitude with an ability to understand technical architectures and speak to system design, reliability and scalability challenges, and design tradeoffs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in large groups and handling high-pressure communication with senior management.

Compensation

Dropbox applies increased tax deductible costs to remuneration earned by certain qualifying employees (to the extent an employee will be involved in the creation of the software as an “author”) for the transfer of copyrights, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act.
