The Role

This Role Sits At The Intersection Of Operations, Communications, And Leadership Enablement.

You will architect the systems, processes, and operational rhythms that drive clarity and execution across a fast-moving organization.

You will play a critical role in ensuring we remain a high-performance, high-engagement culture where people feel connected to the vision.

You will drive team and executive communications and shape how our leaders show up internally and externally.

This is a role for someone who thrives on operational rigor, crisp communication, and making complex organizations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Cadence & Systems

Design and maintain systems that make the company run-- playbooks, SOPs, workflows, and checklists. Translate strategy into roadmaps, automate routine work, build lightweight agents, and create scalable tools that improve speed and consistency.

Executive & Organizational Communications

Own and create interval and external narratives that connect strategy, performance, and culture. Support executive though leadership.

Culture & Engagement

Design scalable programs tied to high performance teams - celebrations, recognition, and rituals that fuel a positive, high-energy environment and reinforce excellence. Partner across teams to ensure employees are engaged and able to do their best work.

You think operationally—you know how to design repeatable processes, establish clear cadences, and create order in complexity.

You’re an exceptional, crisp communicator—equally comfortable writing a CEO-level memo, energizing a Slack post, or preparing content for external audiences.

You have strong business instincts—you are able to understand the business and the “why” behind the message.

You are proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments.

You know how to reinforce high standards and push for a culture of excellence.
