About The Internship
The Talent Development and Employee Experience (TD&E) team is dedicated to fostering a culture of engagement, high performance, recognition, and continuous development across Okta. You will be part of the Talent Management team, which supports leaders in talent assessment, performance, and team development. This role reports into the Talent Management team and will support critical projects and programs across the wider TD&E organization.
What You’ll Get to Do
Talent Programs
Lead key projects focusing on AI enablement and employee development.
Talent Data Analysis
Contribute to data collection, organization, and analytical reporting to help assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and support strategic project work.
Process Improvement & AI Enablement
: Research and document opportunities to leverage AI to streamline HR workflows and drive overall program efficiencies.
Team Collaboration & Development
: Collaborate with members of the TD&E teams, contributing to a high-performing and engaging team environment. Opportunity to support and attend programs across our talent pillars.
Who We are Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field and graduating December 2026 or Spring 2027.
Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, particularly Talent Management (e.g., development, career, performance).
Demonstrated experience using AI to drive efficiencies, and an eagerness to explore and apply new AI technologies to streamline HR processes and drive program efficiencies.
Strong analytical, project management, and attention to detail skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and collaborative team player, eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Okta’s Intern Program
As an intern, you’ll do real work that matters. While you’re on board, you’ll work on meaningful projects and have an opportunity to see what working at Okta is all about. You’ll also have the support of your mentor and manager to help you develop new skills.
Our interns have the opportunity to build a strong community - with their fellow interns, within their teams, and with the broader company. We want you to grow professionally and you’ll do that through participating in events like our Executive Speaker Series and Brown Bags. And of course, we want you to have fun too. We offer 12 week internships in the U.S. in the Summer and 16 week co-ops in Canada. You may choose from the following options: May 26 – August 14 or June 15 – September 4.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in San Francisco Bay Area. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
