While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

This is a 12-week internship during summer 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

Tl;dr: The Talent Density Program intern will align with one or more critical projects that support our number one operating priority: top talent in every seat. Specific project work will be determined closer to start date, but the intern can expect to flex all of the following skills:

Supporting program design by actively contributing to brainstorms and working sessions

Assisting in development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Partnering with Talent Density team members and partners from across the people team to execute program logistics

Gathering and analyzing feedback from various sources to understand program effectiveness and contribute to future program changes

Helping create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes to ensure scalability and clear communication

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

Demonstrated experience managing a project from initial concept to completion

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to making decisions

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities

Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Self-starting; able to work remotely without micromanagement

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with HR, recruiting, or a related field

Personal or professional experience with crypto/fintech
