Join Airtable as a Strategic Finance Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Self-Serve business. This is a unique opportunity to drive topline forecasting, planning, and analysis for a high-growth SaaS company. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Product, and Marketing leaders, own critical revenue models, and deliver insights that inform executive and board-level decisions. What You'll Do

Build detailed financial models from scratch to enable business planning and strategic decision making

Support executive-level decision making with thorough ROI analysis

Conduct contribution margin analysis to understand segment profitability over time

Establish excellent cross-functional relationships across all parts of the Company to deliver data-driven insights

Own creation of key analyses for quarterly Board meetings

Remain flexible and willing to wear multiple hats in support of high importance, ad hoc leadership requests

Own the marketing budgeting process, including BvA tracking and analysis

Who You Are

2–3 years’ experience in investment banking (TMT or SaaS coverage preferred), private equity, venture capital, and/or strategic finance at a SaaS company

Exposure to SaaS business models

Advanced financial modeling skills (driver-based revenue models, scenario planning)

Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, churn, CAC, NDR/NRR)

Analytical rigor with ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights

Clear written and verbal communication skills for senior and non-finance stakeholders

Comfortable in ambiguous, high-growth environments with shifting priorities

Familiarity with Salesforce, Pigment, or Looker

SQL or BI tool skills for deeper data analysis

Prior exposure to GTM forecasting

Compensation Awarded To Successful Candidates Will Vary Based On Their Work Location, Relevant Skills, And Experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:

$145,000

—

$188,500 USD

For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:

$130,000

—

$170,000 USD
