The Member Growth Engineering team builds the digital experiences that help new members discover Spring Health and guide all members to the right care at the right moment. We are moving beyond traditional funnels to build a D2C brand and a habit-forming product. You will be charged with using the latest advancements in AI to iterate rapidly on acquisition loops, activation pathways, and nurturing experiences to convert and re-engage members, ultimately driving Spring’s mission of eliminating every barrier to mental health.

to join a team responsible for building modern AI powered experiences.
The Role Is Full Time And Reports To A Senior Director Of Engineering. Please Note That This Is A
hybrid role
based in New York City
, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 60 Madison Avenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
Integrating emerging AI technologies into the member experience
Building proprietary developer tools for emerging AI technologies
Applying your passion for innovation to create experiences never before possible
Executing quickly and efficiently in a collaborative team setting
Contributing to a thriving team of engineers around you
Providing technical direction and oversight for a larger organization
What Success Looks Like In This Role
Energetic immersion in emerging AI technologies
Creative and innovative development of homegrown developer platforms
On time planned deliveries and high velocity incremental deliveries
High quality engineering output, in terms of both product and codebase
Trend of reducing technical debt reduction and improving engineering excellence
Great productive relationships in engineering and across functions like PM and Design
Organization wide leadership as an exemplary engineer and mentor
What We Expect From You
At least 10 years experience as a software engineer
Preferably at least 3 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter
At least 4 years of experience with modern AI technologies
At least 3 years of experience building developer platforms and tool chains
Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity
The target base salary range for this position is $200,800 - $245,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience,

at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
