What this job can offer you
As a Solutions Consultant at Remote, you will operate at the intersection of technical mastery and strategic sales. You will have the opportunity to directly impact Remote’s growth by influencing ARR and win rates through value-based storytelling and consultative problem-solving. What You Bring
Extensive experience in solutions consulting experience with a proven track record of influencing high-value ARR, maintaining strong win rates, and successfully navigating complex, multi-product sales cycles.
Experience in the HR and Payroll industry, including a deep understanding of HRIS, global payroll workflows, and international workforce management.
Strong technical aptitude for HR systems and software integrations, with the ability to navigate complex technical environments and data flows.
Technical & Demo Excellence, with the ability to translate complex software capabilities into simple, value-driven stories for stakeholders.
Natural curiosity and a consultative mindset, enabling you to uncover deep-seated customer pain points through strategic discovery.
Strong business acumen and the ability to discuss financial impact, ROI, and global employment strategy at an executive level.
Adaptability and resilience, with the drive to navigate fast-paced sales cycles and prioritize multiple projects in a distributed environment.
Passion for remote work and a global outlook, with the ability to act as a role model for Remote’s core values of Excellence and Transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments to understand and address customer business goals.
Lead consultative engagements with prospective customers, focusing on articulating the specific ROI and value of Remote’s multiple product offerings.
Develop a deep, understanding of Remote's product offerings, reaching a state of technical mastery that allows for seamless, customer-centric demonstrations.
Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, providing nuanced recommendations that shape how customers view distributed employment.
Partner with internal cross-functional teams including Product and Marketing to provide market feedback and ensure a successful implementation of solutions.
Keep up to date with HR and global payroll industry trends and challenges to provide strategic thought leadership that positions Remote effectively against competitors.

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The On-Target Earnings for this position is between $62,400 USD to $140,400 USD. The base salary is 70%
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
