Build, coach, and scale a team of 4 to 8 senior engineers

Ship production features every two weeks

Implement robust on call processes with clear incident ownership

Ensure transparent progress tracking with no mystery boxes

Ai/ml Stack

Workers AI, AI Gateway, Vectorize for semantic search

KV, R2, D1, Postgres for configuration and persistence

Integration

Agent SDK, MCP, function calling, Queues, Pub/Sub

Security

Zero Trust, WAF, API Shield, DLP policies

Must Have

Proven track record leading engineering teams that ship production systems

Strong experience with Cloudflare platform or similar edge/serverless architectures

Deep understanding of modern agent patterns and LLM application development

Excellence in TypeScript or Rust, with expertise in async, performance optimization

Experience With Ai/ml Tooling: Prompts, Evals, Safety Systems, Observability

Track record of building high performing teams in India's tech ecosystem

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

Nice To Have

Experience With Workers Ai, Ai Gateway, And Vectorize In Production

Salesforce or Service Cloud integrations expertise

Security depth: prompt injection protection, PII handling, secrets management

Experience Leading Distributed Or Remote Engineering Teams

Background in customer support or service automation domains
