Senior Technical Security Specialist

Spotify is hiring a Senior Technical Security Specialist to join its Business Protection team. 

What You'll Do

Promote a relaxed, but vigilant business protection culture closely aligned to Spotify’s business objectives that help to protect people, assets and business processesServe as the primary service owner within Business Protection Team for the company's global access control systemsCreate the development and maintenance plans for the physical access control systemsCreate and develop the plans for AI integration into current systems to reduce the manual administration of the systems Develop protocols for the GSOC within the access control systemsWork with partners to assure that the CCTV lifecycle is compliant with local legislation and best practicesSupport other teams with technical expertise within this fieldBuild out the training program within this areaBe the main technical representative in office build and upgrade projects Ensure that documentation like policies, SOP:s and instructions within the area is updated, especially standards for new build projects Set standards and implement AI for alarm transmission services both within and outside of the Ccure environmentOwn and develop the use of visitor management systemsExperience in various ITSM systems, familiar with API frameworks 

Who You Are

Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fieldsExperience working in a high-tech industry is preferredDocumented experience in working with Ccure 9000 or similar systemsMust be tech-savvy in order to work in our IT environmentAbility to speak and write in English fluentlyAbility to prioritize, set goals and deliveries in a fast moving environment

Where You'll Be

This role is based in either Stockholm, Sweden or London, UK.We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but it still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come to the office 2 to 3 times per week.
