Maven is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for frontline and provider roles as we continue to scale our care delivery operations and provider network.

This 3-month contract role, starting October 13th, 2026, will play a critical part in supporting rapid, high-quality hiring in a fast-paced health tech startup environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting at scale, thrives in fast-changing environments, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt frontline and provider roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding

Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates while clearly articulating Maven’s mission, culture, and care model

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, inbound applicant management, and referrals

Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and timelines

Manage interview scheduling and candidate coordination across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders

Bring fresh ideas and solutions to continuously improve high-volume recruiting efforts

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume frontline and provider hiring

Prior experience in a health tech, healthcare, or startup environment required

Prior experience hiring for non-exempt and exempt role required

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (20+) and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting

Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets

Experience Using Recruiting Tools Such As Linkedin Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, Or Similar Ats/crm Platforms

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a contract role

Resourceful self-starter with a bias toward action, efficiency, and problem-solving

The base salary range for this role is $55 - $65 per hour. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
