team is at the forefront of making crypto "productive" for our users. We are on a mission to simplify the complexities of onchain rewards, enabling millions of consumers to secure global networks while earning yield. Our team is laser-focused on expanding our staking portfolio and executing a world-class Earn strategy.

As a

Senior Product Designer

, you will be a lead architect of this vision. You are a deep product thinker, capable of transforming complex onchain mechanics into simple, high-trust user journeys that empower retail customers to grow their portfolios. You’ll join a tightly knit, high-caliber team of engineers and product managers to solve the toughest UX challenges in decentralized finance, building the primary gateway for the future of onchain wealth creation.

What you’ll be doing

Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy

Own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production

Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and XFN peers to help define and execute on the product roadmap

Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive for users

Participate in regular design critiques to receive and provide feedback on design work

What we look for in you

5+ years of Product Design experience

Exemplary product thinking abilities, solutions oriented, and capable of working autonomously

Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users

Sharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping

Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experience

Thrives in fast-paced (sometimes ambiguous) environment

Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools

Low ego, loves to collaborate, and open minded

Interest and experience in crypto and/or financial products

Nice to Haves

Direct experience designing staking or "Yield" products.

Understanding of onchain mechanics (slashing, gas fees, validation).

Experience With Ai Tools To Accelerate The Design Workflow.

base

salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
