Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Cloud Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is critical in shaping our digital engagement strategy, ensuring seamless integration across platforms, and delivering personalized, data-driven experiences at scale.

What You'll Do

Strategic Architecture

o Define and own the Marketing Cloud architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.

o Partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology leaders to translate strategic goals into technical solutions.

Solution Delivery

o Lead end-to-end implementation of complex Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Content Builder.

o Architect integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and external systems using APIs and middleware.

Data Strategy

Design robust data models and segmentation strategies for advanced personalization.

o Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Innovation & Optimization

o Introduce best practices for deliverability, dynamic content, and campaign automation.

o Drive continuous improvement through analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

Leadership

o Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for Marketing Cloud developers and administrators.

o Establish governance frameworks and coding standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed

7+ years in digital marketing technology, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture.

Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale implementations.

Technical Skills

o Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and API integrations.

o Strong understanding of data architecture and marketing automation best practices.

Certifications

o Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Architect certifications strongly preferred.
