Act as Omada’s primary contact for tax authorities and external auditors; prepare responses to information requests and negotiate favorable outcomes.
Advise Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Product, and People teams on tax implications of new products, entity structures, and workforce expansion.
Identify and implement cash-saving opportunities (credits, incentives, elections) and process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.
Design and document SOX-compliant tax controls.
Manage and hold external firms accountable for quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
Create and execute a three-year tax roadmap covering technology, policy, and staffing.

8+ years of progressive tax experience, including at least 2 years in-house at a high-growth company.
Deep working knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. federal & multistate income-tax regulations.
