Alma is seeking a mission-driven Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in driving growth for Alma. The Revenue Operations Senior Manager will own the systems, processes, and analytics that our growth teams run on, building the infrastructure that turns data into decisions and actions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this individual will be a strategic partner across the entire business, collaborating with the Marketing, Operations, Product, Accounting, and Finance teams. This is a full time, fully remote position on our team. Occasional travel may be required for company or team events.

What You’ll Do

Lead a small team within Revenue Operations while staying hands-on as an individual contributor, balancing people management with direct execution.

Manage and optimize the CRM, sales and marketing tools, data infrastructure, and the integrations that tie them together.

Partner with and influence cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that improve revenue generation.

Lead projects from ideation through execution to improve revenue processes, including building technology enhancements within our revenue tools.

Own the recurring reporting rhythm across sales and growth marketing, from weekly pipeline reviews to leadership business reviews, so data consistently drives visibility and decisions.

Vet and select tools across the revenue tech stack, own vendor transitions and implementations from evaluation through go-live, and ensure clean, reliable data flow and stronger processes throughout.

Troubleshoot issues and support end users across our revenue tools.

Build and maintain the automation layer that powers our revenue processes

Own the commission process, ensuring sales representatives are paid accurately and on time

Drive provider acquisition forecasting, goal setting, and planning

Own revenue data accuracy and infrastructure end to end, making a trustworthy data foundation accessible to growth teams and the company through BI tools.

What Success Looks Like In This Role

95% of revenue operations requests responded and resolved on time

% of planned initiatives (from a quarterly roadmap) completed by their committed date.

Maintain ≥ 95% unique (non-duplicate) records across leads, contacts, and accounts in Salesforce.

95% of reports/dashboards free of data errors or discrepancies when audited

90% of ad-hoc reports/analysis requiring no correction or clarification

100% of vendor contracts reviewed and renewed, renegotiated, or consolidated before their renewal deadline, with no lapses or unplanned auto-renewals.

What You’ll Bring

You have 4-6 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or project management experience. You have 1-2 years of people management experience.

You handle ambiguity well, operate as a generalist across strategy, systems, and execution, and are resourceful enough to build a path forward when no playbook exists.

You've deployed Salesforce configuration yourself, including flows, validation rules, permission sets, and field-level security.

You have built and maintained automations others depend on, not just one-off analyses.

You have expertise in revenue tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft preferred) that let you design, troubleshoot, and implement complex revenue processes and automations.

You have a proven track record of implementing sales strategies that optimize revenue generation processes.

You're fluent with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Workato) as a core part of how you work, using them to move faster and think more clearly.

You're fluent in SQL, able to write and troubleshoot queries against a data warehouse to keep revenue data accurate, well-modeled, and usable across BI tools.

You apply AI judgment: knowing when to trust it, when to double-check it, and how to turn it into real leverage across the team's workflows.

You break down complex challenges into solvable parts, craft compelling solutions, and drive results with clarity and precision.

You have experience owning vendor relationships.

You specialize in designing, improving, and implementing operational processes.

You're highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional project management skills.

You stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations.
