About The Role

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, drive insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.

What You Will Do

Lead implementation and rollout of new EPM, partnering with the Finance org and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Design and develop complex financial models within our EPM tool to support planning, forecasting, and reporting across the business

Partner with stakeholders across Finance, People, and Engineering to ensure models meet business needs and adapt to changing requirements

Integrate models with enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and maintain data integrity

Build and support dashboards and key metric reporting leveraging model outputs to serve end users

Ensure adherence to data governance best practices and platform consistency across models

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience, with 7+ years working hands-on with leading EPM platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion).

Deep expertise in financial modeling, systems architecture, and core finance processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Proven experience integrating EPM solutions with broader enterprise tools and data ecosystems.

Anti-bureaucratic and pro-speed, treating Finance like a product—leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate workflows, improve data quality, and continuously ship improvements.

Ensure accuracy and reliability across models and EPM outputs while leading and mentoring the team and contributing hands-on to planning system design, implementation, and optimization.
