About The Role

ClickUp is on a mission to make the world more productive, and our Calendar Squad is at the heart of this effort. We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and help us build an intuitive, high-performance calendar experience for our users.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that are not only functional but delightful to use. This role requires a high level of ownership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend solutions for the calendar module using React and TypeScript.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Implement and manage state using Redux-style state management (NgRx).

Optimize performance and ensure high-quality user experiences.

Maintain and refactor legacy code written in Angular 2 as needed.

Leverage RxJS to handle asynchronous data streams effectively.

Take ownership of projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.

Solid understanding of RxJS and its application in state management.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

High levels of ownership and accountability.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

Experience Working In A Fast-paced Startup Environment.

Familiarity with ClickUp or other productivity tools.

Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
