The Opportunity
We are seeking Senior Finance Analyst to support our managed growth through strong forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting. In this role, you will help translate detailed data and insights into clear, actionable perspectives that inform GTM decisions. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing to support GTM execution, improve visibility into performance, and help ensure resources are allocated effectively. This is a highly visible role for a detail-oriented, curious professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver timely, accurate analysis on GTM and revenue performance to support fast-paced decision-making in a high-growth environment.
Own key forecasting and reporting inputs, including revenue forecasts, pipeline coverage, bookings, headcount, and operating expense tracking.
Analyze core SaaS GTM metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, ACV, rep productivity, CAC, LTV, churn, and expansion) to surface risks and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain scalable financial models for scenario planning, capacity modeling, pricing analysis, and investment prioritization.
Develop and continuously improve dashboards and standardized reporting to increase visibility, accountability, and operational rigor across teams.
Execute ad-hoc analyses and strategic initiatives focused on driving efficient growth
Qualifications
3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, or related fields
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
Advanced financial modeling skills, with the ability to independently build end-to-end, assumption-driven models from scratch
Expert-level Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and automation of recurring analyses
Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience writing complex queries, performing data extraction and transformation, and maintaining data integrity across sources
Ability to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner
Ability to distill complex problems into structured frameworks and actionable insights
Proven track record of influencing business decisions through data, clear communication, and strong analytical judgment
Excellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
