Position Overview

What You'll Do

Lead cross-functional projects from inception to successful completion

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement

Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance performance

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform decision-making

What You'll Need To Succeed

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of professional experience in a similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with relevant tools and software (Salesforce and Hubspot)

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
