Responsibilities
Drive Dropbox’s compensation philosophy, design and programs for your client teams
.
Build a consultative and collaborative relationship with
HR business partners
,
business leaders
, and executive leadership
on
Compensation Programs Evolution And Compensation Initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor on compensation decisions. Support decisions with sound judgement and data-backed recommendations.

Requirements
BA/BS in
related field
7+ years of experience
in-house or advising, preferably for the technology industry or compensation consulting firm
Experience with job evaluation, market matching, job pricing, compensation review cycles, and global compensation practices

emonstrated adaptability and experience in a fast-paced environment
Solid eye for business and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with multiple partners, including executives, line management,
and
peers
.
Experience In A Client-facing Role

verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience Using Ai Tools For Compensation Analytics And Reporting.
