Our GTM Enablement team is a unique strategy, curriculum, and operations team that plays an integral part in connecting our go-to-market approach and curriculum to customer value. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in engineering, education, management consulting, business operations (and more!) to define, manage and measure Datadog’s global go to market motion. We empower all of Datadog’s customer-facing teams with the right information, skills, and tools at the right time in order to maximize their ability to land, expand and drive Datadog’s next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

The Senior Sales Enablement Associate will serve as our operations guru, our knowledge management wiz, and our process efficiency extraordinaire to help design our systems to ensure our rapidly growing global GTM Enablement teams work at-scale. We are looking for someone who has a passion for scaling programs, maintains organization, and is the heartbeat of our team’s logistics strategy. This role has the opportunity to grow into a sales enablement curriculum role.

What You’ll Do

Design logistics & operations for new programs designed by our internal global sales enablement team. This includes:

Creating enrollments, cohorts, communications, scheduling invites for net new live enablement programs

Support with gathering the requirements across our GTM teams on dashboarding and tooling needs

Partner with Enablement Operations to ensure a quality deliverable is designed and user tested with the end user

Support with the training, usage, scaling, and operationalization of new tools and initiatives across the GTM teams

Own the plan and execution of Datadog’s Knowledge Management System (KMS), defining clear success criteria aligned to business and field needs

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across sales teams to conduct discovery interviews, identify knowledge gaps and pain points, and translate insights into actionable requirements for our knowledge management systems

Assist with reporting on our enablement program metrics to share out with our leadership team

Identify and support the execution of ways we can embed AI and tooling into to make our operations and processes scale more efficiently

Leverages strategic thinking to uplevel our systems and process for our enablement programs

Support the content build and design for our specific initiative cross functional enablement programs as well as recommend content and program enhancements based on data and survey feedback

Ensure that we scale by creating and carrying out repeatable & measurable processes

Consult and assist on a range of special projects and one off tasks as we scale and refine our operating model

Who You Are

Have 2-4 years of experience working in learning and enablement, business operations or other equivalent operational experience

Extremely organized and have a strong attention to details, driving toward the most efficient process

Experience With Knowledge Management Systems

A strategic thinker who is always looking to improve the status quo

Experience With Reporting And Analysis In Tableau, Google Sheets, Etc.

Experience With Learning Management Systems, Such As Docebo

An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills

Strong sense of ownership: you have an intrinsic drive to achieve great outcomes

You’re a curious, investigative learner: you ask lots of questions to identify causes

Outstanding multi-tasker, able to effectively prioritize projects and pivot where needed with a sense of urgency
