Senior Associate, Lifecycle Marketing

to join our Customer Marketing team. As a key execution engine for our expansion strategy, you will manage end-to-end multi-channel campaigns that drive product adoption and upsell revenue. The ideal candidate is a technical marketer who excels at building complex automation workflows and using data to optimize the customer journey.

A Day In The Life (responsibilities)

Strategic Alignment

Partner with stakeholders to turn business goals into tactical campaign requirements that drive expansion and growth

Campaign Execution

Own end-to-end setup and deployment of campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, and push notifications

Journey Management

Build and maintain complex automated customer journeys, ensuring consistent and timely messaging across the lifecycle

Audience Targeting

Partner with Marketing Ops to leverage product usage and behavioral data for precise, highly relevant messaging

Continuous Optimization

Lead the A/B testing roadmap to improve engagement, click-through, and conversion rates for all upsell motions

Performance Monitoring

Track campaign health and revenue impact, delivering actionable insights to the broader growth team

Ai Literacy

Comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, draft copy variations, and accelerate project delivery.

What You’ll Need To Thrive (requirements)

3+ years in lifecycle, growth, or marketing operations, ideally within B2B SaaS

Proficiency in marketing tools like Braze, Pendo, and Marketo

Ability to connect marketing data to business outcomes and expansion goals

Skilled at analyzing performance data to drive tactical campaign optimizations

Exceptional organization with a track record of managing multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines

Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey campaign impact to stakeholders

A collaborative self-starter with a strong bias for action.
