🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE

Poshmark is looking for a highly organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating a high volume of interviews in the U.S., ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process. You’ll collaborate directly with recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional experience with a focus on maintaining and improving our candidate Net Promoter Score (NPS).

⚙️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to coordinate interviews for technical and non-technical roles
  • Schedule and manage virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates and interviewers to confirm logistics and provide updates
  • Manage interview changes or conflicts quickly and professionally
  • Support and enhance candidate experience by creating a welcoming, efficient, and organized process
  • Drive and support ad hoc process improvement initiatives or other special projects to enhance Talent Operations

💪 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination, executive assistant, or other scheduling-heavy role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve scheduling challenges
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday) and scheduling tools is a plus
