Overview

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager who will craft effective approaches to product enablement, amplify the voice of the customer, and ensure we launch and land products with quality. This role will collaborate with a highly cross-functional team.

The Product Operations team acts as a vital link between product teams, operations, and customers, ensuring product excellence. Our work is built upon three core pillars: Voice of the Customer, Enablement, and Quality. This foundational approach allows us to develop and launch the right products, in the right places, and at the right time. We collaborate closely with R&D, GTM and support teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, translating customer feedback into actionable insights that continuously enhance the user experience. By harnessing AI, we build powerful tools that uncover insights, enable product change decisions, and automate workflows.

About The Job

Lead change management by refining processes to keep customers, shoppers, and retailers informed and prepared for product changes in a dynamic environment.

Analyze customer feedback and operational trends to generate insights that directly shape the product roadmap.

Bridge gaps between Product, Operations, and other teams, advising on voice of customer and ensuring alignment on key objectives.

Drive product quality and operational excellence by developing feedback channels, operational playbooks, and resolving issues.

Build cross-functional partnerships and use data to back your recommendations to leaders, ensuring the customer feedback contributes to product development.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience in operations strategy, product management, business consulting, or finance. Must also have 5+ years of experience leading and managing projects with various teams.

Solid communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with a proven track record of working with internal and external stakeholders and impacting user experience

Advanced data skills: 2+ years of SQL and querying, power user of Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides, and experience formulating and presenting analyses and business cases to both technical and non-technical audiences

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in dynamic environments, prioritize skillfully, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making

Highly motivated, forward-thinking, and readiness to grow, with proficiency in writing ChatGPT prompts, leveraging AI, and architecting automations

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with customer feedback data and leveraging insights to drive product enhancements

Experience Working In A Consumer Technology Company

Experience Working With A Multi-sided Marketplace
