As a Growth Product Manager at ClickUp, you’ll drive product-led growth initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing to identify high-impact opportunities, run experiments, and deliver features that move the needle on key growth metrics.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for growth initiatives across the user journey (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, monetization).

Analyze user data and conduct research to identify friction points and opportunities for growth.

Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product funnels.

Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality features quickly.

Partner with product, user research, analytics and data science to drive/measure impact and communicate results.

Define and track key metrics, reporting on progress and learnings to stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product-led growth.

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software.

Proven track record of driving measurable growth through product changes and experimentation.

Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis, metrics, and experimentation frameworks.

Experience With A/b Testing, User Segmentation, And Onboarding, Activation, And Optimization.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

User-centric mindset with a passion for delivering delightful experiences.

Bonus: Experience with PLG (product-led growth) strategies, onboarding flows, or monetization.
