As a Mid-Market Account Executive specific for the Industry Expansion vertical, you'll play a key role in

acquiring net-new customers

within the financial services, healthcare, consulting, manufacturing, and energy industries. Being a champion of the entire sales process from start to finish, you will use your creative prospecting skills to strategically

hunt and close

new business.This

team will be focused exclusively on selling Gong Foundations to net new customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and manage a pipeline of net-new prospects through proactive outbound prospecting

, from lead to close

Provide an exceptional customer experience

Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects

Build strong relationships with net-new logos to drive them through the sales cycle to close

Run and implement pilot programs

Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve

new business

quota quarterly

QUALIFICATIONS

Located in the Lehi area within a commutable distance to our office, with the ability to work our hybrid schedule of 3 days/week in-office.

2+ years of relevant

new business/net-new logo closing

experience in addition to outbound SDR/BDR experience, preferably having sold to Financial Services, Healthcare, Consulting, Manufacturing or Energy organizations

Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience, with clear examples of consistently closing

net-new

deals at $50-$250K+

Strong

previous outbound prospecting experience into

greenfield territory — you're comfortable building your own pipeline from scratch, not just working inbound leads

Demonstrated success in achieving

new business

sales goals (President's Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)

Comfortable selling to VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders while navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
