The Corporate Development Integration team’s mission is to build and execute thoughtful, fast integration strategies that unlock and amplify the value of every acquisition. We work across the organization to build Robinhood’s best-in-class M&A integration capabilities by advancing our tools, playbooks, and processes!

As a Corporate Development Integration Associate, you will support integration efforts across all phases of the M&A lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and acquired partners to drive alignment, shape executive communications, and institutionalize learnings that improve our future integrations!

This Role Is Based In Our New York, Ny Office, With In-person Attendance Expected At Least 3 Days Per Week.

What you’ll do

Support the development and execution of acquisition integration strategies from diligence to post-close.

Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including M&A, acquired employees, and subject matter experts.

Create and deliver analysis, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership.

Identify opportunities to improve integration practices and help institutionalize them across the company.

Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve issues, and track metrics.

What You Bring

2–8 years of experience in M&A integration management or related fields, ideally at a software or technology company.

Experience Planning And Leading Complex, Cross-functional Initiatives With High Visibility And Ambiguity.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to craft clear executive-ready presentations.

High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, influence without authority, and foster collaboration.

Strong analytical skills and comfort synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into compelling narratives.

Familiarity with shared services functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal) and project/program management practices.

Ability to navigate change, prioritize under pressure, and lead through ambiguity.

Background in financial services is a plus.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
