Spring Health is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Campaign Production to support the execution of our member lifecycle marketing programs. This role works within the production engine of the lifecycle team, building and launching campaigns in Iterable, executing customization requests from our B2B customer base, and maintaining high quality across a growing volume of campaign work.
This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing and works closely with the Campaign Production Lead. You'll support lifecycle strategy execution, partner with our external agency, and help translate lifecycle strategy into polished, high-performing campaigns. You're detail-oriented, take pride in getting builds right, and stay organized under pressure. This role is ideal for a lifecycle marketer who is energized by hands-on production work and wants to grow their craft in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 60 Madison Avenue.
What You’ll Do
Execute campaign builds in Iterable across ad-hoc sends, multi-step journeys, and triggered programs, working within architectures and frameworks established by the Production Lead
Support the customization queue by building and QA'ing customization requests
Apply segmentation, personalization logic, and conditional content as defined in briefs and templates
Maintain and contribute to QA checklists, ensuring every build is reviewed against a consistent bar before it reaches a member inbox
Support agency-managed work by reviewing outputs and flagging quality or spec concerns for the Lead to address
Document campaign builds, segment logic, and content decisions to support team knowledge and repeatability
What Success Looks Like In This Role
Campaign builds are accurate, on time, and pass QA with minimal rework
Customization requests are executed cleanly within defined scope and SLAs
Builds consistently use modular library components rather than creating one-off solutions
Lifecycle team and stakeholders can trust this role to own standard production end-to-end with minimal oversight
Cross-functional partners (Creative, Content, CS) find this role communicative and reliable
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or marketing operations with hands-on campaign execution
Experience Building In Iterable Or A Comparable Lifecycle Platform (braze, Customer.io); Iterable Strongly Preferred
Solid grasp of segmentation logic, personalization tokens, and triggered journey fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple builds simultaneously
Organized and proactive, surfaces blockers early and closes the loop without being asked
Eager to learn production best practices and grow toward greater ownership over time
Experience In B2b Saas, Plg, Or B2b2c Environments Preferred
