What You’ll Do

Develop and implement internal process improvements and programs that foster inclusive hiring and retention.

Partner across the organization and with leadership to embed inclusive practices, influence culture, and hold stakeholders accountable.

Connect and influence cross-functional Inclusion partners across the business to share program updates, drive change, and advise on actions.

Communicate Inclusion programming progress, reinforce accountability, and share recommendations.

Analyze data to provide insights and reporting for strategic decision-making that impacts hiring and promotion, measures program impact, and ensures compliance.

Establish benchmarks and metrics to measure effectiveness of Inclusion programming.

Support the broader Inclusion team with projects as needed, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management.

Stay up to date on inclusion trends, best practices, and legal / regulatory developments.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience across People and / or Inclusion roles, preferably with experience in fast growing technology companies.

A passionate Inclusion subject matter expert with a proven track record of driving impactful Inclusion initiatives in complex organizations, ideally in a rapidly scaling tech company.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action, with experience in preparing reports and presentations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Experienced in communicating and rolling-out changes; shaping, running and measuring programs.

Project management experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
