Manage relationships with external immigration counsel and relocation vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality support
Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Legal, PBPs, Payroll, and Tax to advise on immigration sponsorship, relocation eligibility, and regulatory changes
Develop program documentation, dashboards, and reporting to evaluate employee experience, operational effectiveness, and business impact
Identify opportunities to automate and scale core processes in Workday and other People systems
Who You Are
You have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years owning or managing immigration and mobility programs
You bring deep expertise in U.S. immigration processes (H-1B, F-1, TN, E-3, O-1, J-1, Green Card) and relocation compliance

You are highly organized and analytical, with a track record of using data to drive decision-making and program optimization
You have experience managing vendors and navigating tax, equity, and compliance implications of international assignments
You thrive in fast-paced environments and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
