About This Role

Role Description

The Core Web Experience team (formerly Bridge FSS+Dash team) has been working on one of the company’s top priorities to integrate Dash’s AI capabilities (e.g. Chat side bar) within the FSS product. We will continue this work in 2026 to add more contextual value and drive up engagement. We will also focus on simplifying how customers accomplish the jobs they already hire Dropbox for (e.g. search and file actions) and the broader workflow around those jobs. This is a great opportunity to lead 0–1 initiatives that are critical to the company’s future, while building a reliable, high-performance, and intuitive foundation that powers core workflows such as uploading, retrieving, organizing, and acting on content.

We are looking for engineers that will thrive in a fast paced environment where we prioritize shipping early and often to get key user signal and keep iterating. And who will collaborate very closely with Xfn partners and multiple platform teams across Dropbox.
