About The Team
The Performance Automation and Monitoring team builds the systems that ensure Postman’s products are reliable, performant, and enterprise-ready. We own performance testing, monitoring platforms, and the user experiences that surface quality and performance signals, directly impacting customer trust and paid adoption.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend systems for enterprise-grade performance testing and monitoring platforms
Design and implement data-rich dashboards that visualize performance, reliability, and quality signals in an intuitive way
Collaborate closely with backend, platform, product, and design teams across the US and India
Define and evolve frontend architecture, patterns, and best practices for complex applications
Translate complex system behavior into clear, actionable user experiences for internal teams and enterprise customers
About You
3-5 years experience as a Software Engineer
Have strong experience building production-grade UIs using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
Have built complex, data-intensive dashboards or platforms and care deeply about usability and performance
Are comfortable working with API-driven systems and collaborating with backend engineers
Enjoy owning problems end to end and influencing product direction through technical work
Are comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $170,000 to $190,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
