Engineering Manager, Enterprise

About The Role

We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the team that makes Replit Enterprise the most secure, scalable, and powerful way for organizations to build with AI. You’ll own the roadmap across identity & access, admin & governance, security/compliance, auditability, and enterprise deployment, partnering closely with Product, Security, Sales and Customer Success to land features that unlock adoption at scale.

What You’ll Do

Build Agent features that unlock enterprise workflows: design and ship agent-powered capabilities; deliver measurable time-to-value and reliability at scale.

• Own enterprise foundations: lead roadmaps for SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, RBAC/permissions, audit logs, and tenant administration; set SLA/SLOs and quality bars for reliability and scale.
• Partner with go-to-market: work hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Success to unblock enterprise deployments and translate field feedback into the roadmap.
• Scale the team: hire, coach, and retain exceptional engineers; create a high-ownership culture with clear execution rituals, high code quality, and thoughtful on-call.
• Drive product strategy: prioritize for impact across enterprise admin, data governance, and deployment options (including ecosystem partnerships like Azure Marketplace).

What You’ll Bring

• 6–10+ years in engineering with 3+ years managing/high-growth teams building enterprise software at scale.
• Depth in identity & access (SAML/SSO, SCIM), enterprise security, and multi-tenant architecture; you’ve shipped admin, audit, and compliance features customers trust.
• Strong technical leadership across TypeScript/React
• Cross-functional chops: you’ve partnered with Design, Security, Legal, Sales, and Support to close and grow enterprise deals.
• Excellent hiring, coaching, and performance management skills; crisp written/async communication.

Nice To Have

• Experience with enterprise dev platforms, AI agents, or developer productivity products.
• Background integrating with enterprise ecosystems (Azure, Okta, Google Workspace) and billing/seat management.

This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The hybrid role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
