Summary
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated leader to lead our Okta Research and Development (ORD) Product Operations team. Reporting into the CPO, this leader will oversee the operational aspects of product management and development, ensuring alignment between strategy, planning, and execution. They will lead cross-functional efforts, manage budgets, and monitor product and team performance to drive product success. This role also involves optimizing AI-assisted PDLC workflows, fostering collaboration, and making data-driven decisions to enhance the ORD product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for strategic thinking, data and analytics, strong business acumen, collaboration, and is devoted to delighting and supporting our customers.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Product Management, Design and Research, Enterprise Launch, Business Planning, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration during strategy, planning, and execution
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the operating model, product operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
Analyze product performance data, user feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive product enhancements with the field
Communicate product goals, progress, and performance data to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, during MBRs and QBRs
Oversee the product roadmap and release management processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features
Establish systems to collect, analyze, and incorporate customer and user feedback into the product roadmap and decisions
Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to lead a high-performing Operations and Program Management team
Manage the hiring, staffing, and development of a diverse and effective team
Define a strategy and vision for the Product Operations function to accelerate the overall quality and impact of the ORD Product function
Collaborate with Data and Insights to design metrics, insights, and analytics tooling and accessibility to enhance data-driven decision making across Product
