We are seeking a
Director, Global GTM Recruiting
to define, drive, and own the talent acquisition strategy across our entire Global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization including Sales, Customer Solutions, Customer First, Enablement, and Alliances & Partners. In this leadership role, you will lead, scale, and inspire a high performing global recruiting organization to deliver a modern, technology and AI-driven hiring experience for candidates, executives, and hiring teams worldwide.
The Director of Global GTM Recruiting will lead a multi-tiered global recruiting team responsible for aggressive scaling across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. As a talent partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and GTM global senior leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of operational rigor, modern AI enablement, and proactive talent pipelining, while holding the global team accountable to critical velocity metrics, quality of hire benchmarks. You will play an instrumental role in shaping our global employer brand and orchestrating a best in class hiring journey that secures industry leading talent at scale.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring 2 days per week in our San Francisco office.

Global Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-regional organization; cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in consultative excellence, accountability, and continuous development.
Executive Business Partnership
Serve as the strategic talent advisor to senior level GTM leaders (CRO, SVPs/VPs), collaborating closely with FP&A, Revenue Operations, Total Rewards, and People Partners to align global workforce planning with long-term company growth priorities.
Capacity Modeling & Target Delivery
Architect and govern global headcount capacity models and annual/quarterly hiring targets, driving agile resource allocation to ensure predictable, on-target delivery across all global regions.
Process Optimization & Candidate Experience
Continuously enable effective operational rigor, eliminate bottlenecks, hold accountability for SLAs and drive a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring panels.
Talent Analytics & Insights
Establish and refine executive dashboards, pipeline forecasting models, and comprehensive talent intelligence reporting to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and demonstrate measurable hiring efficacy and ROI.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
