Job Overview

Omada’s Corporate Strategy, Planning, and Business Development (CSPBD) team exists to partner with and enable Omada’s leadership teams to have a clear strategy and execute with excellence. This specific role will be focused on executing our top strategic initiatives and architecting systems that allow us to execute rapidly at scale. In this role, you will play a leading role in:

Strategic Program Launch Leadership

Take ownership of end-to-end program management and execution for Omada’s most strategic company-wide initiatives - from scoping and design through launch, stabilization, and scaling.

Launch Systems And Process Design

Build and refine scalable frameworks, playbooks, and systems that enable repeatable, high-quality launches across Omada’s portfolio of programs and care tracks.

Cross-functional Execution Leadership

Drive alignment across diverse teams (Clinical, Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and People), ensuring coordination, clarity, and accountability in execution.

Executive Engagement And Influence

Partner closely with Omada’s executive team to facilitate decision-making, navigate trade-offs, and keep initiatives on track through thoughtful upward management and communication.

Operational Excellence At Scale

Establish the systems and routines (e.g., launch readiness reviews, milestone trackers, and communication tools) that enable fast, high-quality execution across multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

Strategic Initiative Prioritization

Collaborate with Corporate Strategy and Finance to prioritize and sequence major initiatives in line with the company’s strategic objectives and capacity.

About You

You Will Thrive In This Role If You

Have direct experience leading large-scale, cross-functional launches or transformation initiatives, ideally in a high-growth or matrixed environment.

Are a systems thinker who can design repeatable, scalable approaches to complex program launches, not just execute one-offs.

Thrive in ambiguity and can create clarity and structure for teams in fluid, fast-evolving contexts.

Excel at executive communication and influence - proactively surfacing insights, risks, and resource needs while driving alignment across leadership.

Bring strong facilitation skills - able to navigate complex trade-off conversations and drive to crisp decisions across multiple functions.

Demonstrate operational rigor and program management excellence while maintaining a strategic, long-term view of business priorities.

Bonus: Experience launching digital health products, service lines, or care programs in clinically or operationally complex environments.

Below Is A Summary Of Salary Ranges For This Role In The Following Geographies

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $184,000 - $230,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $176,000 - $220,000*. Other states may vary.

This Role Is Also Eligible For Participation In Annual Cash Bonus And Equity Grants.

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
