Develop and drive comprehensive, long-term legal strategies that balance risk and business objectives
Prioritize your workload to meet goals and deadlines in an environment where business priorities sometimes shift
Assist other teams with projects on an as-needed basis
Experience
Law degree and membership in at least one state bar with good standing
5+ years of experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department; experience advising clients on tech product development and/or partnership integration is a strong plus, but not required
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, judgment, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
Strong track record of working with a wide range of commercial agreements and customer-facing terms
Willing and eager to take on new areas of law and function independently, while also being a team player who brings a positive attitude to the workplace in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Ability to think quickly, convey grace under pressure, and simultaneously manage multiple client priorities
Great judgment and sense of humor
