Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Coordinator, Behavioral Health Vendor Management to join our Network Contracting team.

About The Role
The Coordinator, Behavioral Health Vendor Management works closely with stakeholders to support various project/program related tasks of varying sizes, as well as individual work on small scale projects, related to Oscar's delegated vendors.
You will report into the Manager, Behavioral Health.
Work Location
This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
Pay Transparency
The base pay for this role is: $75,348 - $98,894 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders
Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience
Bonus Points
Experience With Claim Testing And Quality Assurance (qa)
Experience With Ticketing System (such As Jira)
Experience With Payers Offering Aca/health Exchange Insurance
Experience Using Analytical Tools, Including Microsoft Office And Google Suite

Pay Transparency
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
